L’area commerciale di fronte alla quale si sviluppa il complesso viene chiamata piazzale Pò o piazza City. Il villaggio si compone da villette quadri famigliari con giardini privati recintati. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina per adulti ed una per i più piccoli, ai bambini è dedicato anche un parco giochi attrezzato. Ogni unità immobiliare dispone di posto auto numerato e coperto.

Property with a beautiful fenced and furnished garden, an outdoor sitting area where you can spend time outdoors. The internal composition is as follows: large living room with double sofa bed, next to the kitchen, small and compact, it is an independent room with windows. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, an essential element for longer holiday periods.
