Villa Calligher is a holiday home in a strategic position, convenient to services, such as the restaurant Spaghetti House, and less than 250 meters from the sea. The square of the amusement park, home to the usual weekly appointment to discover local gastronomic specialties and the Tuesday market, is located about 300 meters. To reach the therme you have to walk less than 800 meters, while to get to Piazzale Zenith the distance is circa 400 meters. The apartments, which are distributed over three floors and make up the residence, are two-room and three-room apartments, can accommodate from a minimum of three people to a maximum of eight guests. They are all air-conditioned and equipped with balconies. Covered parking spaces are located in the parking lots of the villa.
