The Fenix Residence was built in 2007 with the best techniques: acoustic insulation between the apartments, solar panels to protect the environment, panoramic lift. Located in a quiet area a stone's throw from the center, about 250 m. from the beach. All the apartments, welcoming and comfortable, are equipped with one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, microwave oven, TV-SAT, armored door, safe, air conditioning, large terrace (17 m2) and parking space in an underground garage. WiFi is free and we give our guests the opportunity to rent bicycles.
