The property is on two levels. The flat is on the third floor and consists of a large, bright living room with a new, modern kitchen, two sofa beds that serve as single beds, a brand new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a comfortable terrace for enjoying the outdoors with a partial sea view. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which is dedicated to the sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom is completed by a small bathroom with sink and toilet. Numbered parking space and air conditioning included.
