The recently built residence is situated on the seafront and has a swimming pool for adults and children and a car park in the basement garage from which the lift departs. Behind the residence there is a children's playground with mini golf, trampolines, mini cars, tennis/football courts and a bar.

Type C2 (4+2) three rooms apartment arranged over two levels: on the first level there is sitting/living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, double bedroom where, bathroom and balcony. On the upper level, accessible via a convenient spiral staircase, there is second bedroom with doublebed or 2 single beds, bathroom and balcony.
