Including sheets provided in price. Placemats and napkins (paper) provided and included in the price.

Building with pool near the sea and the center of the shops. Nearby "Fontana Square". Apartment with 1 bedroom (triple room + sofa bed in the living room) On the 1st or 2nd floor accessible by stairs only ,with large covered balcony. Swimmingpool (140 cm depth) , air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, safe, security door, dryer, one covered car parking per apartment. It is forbidden to host people not declared on Reception and prohibited entry to outsiders throughout the villa property also occasional visitors. Only one small animal is allowed ( weight maximum 10 kg and 40 cm height at the withers).

  • Tourist Tax 2025 EUR 1,15 per person/ night.
  • Sheets and towels not provided , you have to take with you. Or you can buy from us non-woven single-use bed sheets euro 10,00 / person and towels (2 pieces) euro 8,00.
  • Final cleaning : You have to provide by yourself or to pay extra (euro 70,00 / 140,00 ).
  • Upon arrival, a caution-deposit of € 150.00 in cash is required, refundable at check-out (9.00-10.00 am). 
  • In case of cancellation or modification of this reservation or no-show, the deposit paid will be retained. The price does not include any insurance: we advise our customers to take out insurance for unforeseen events with their insurance company.
  • Only one small pet is allowed (maximum 10 kg and height at the withers 40 cm).

  • Each apartment has only one parking space.
