Take part in the online food contest "A far la carbonara comincia tu"!

Within 25 September send your receipt of carbonara, with description or a video of your creation. A jury of 3 chefs will select the best 5 classic carbonara to bring in the semi-finals in Bibione the 4 October and then in the finals.

Friday 4 October:
17:00 - Opening.
17:30 - Opening exhibition mostra #foodporn.
17:30 - 19:00 - "Everybody crazy for finger food" the food blogger explain how to prepare finger food and tasting.
18:00 - 20:00 - Beer tasting with brewer.
21:00 - 23:00 - Concert Giulio Masieri.

Saturday 5 October:
10:30 - Show-cooking and final.
15:00 - 17:00 - Baking workshop for children 6-12 with Grandi Molini.
17:00 - 18:30 - Cibo '45 - review of the best scenes related to the passion for food in 10 films.
18:30 - 20:00 - Aperitif and wine tasting with 'Le donne del Vino'.
21:00 Show food theme.

Sunday 6 October:
09:00 - 11:00 - News on the beach with Annamaria Farina.
11:00 - 13:00 - Presentation of the book 'Spreco Zero' by Andrea Segrè, dialogue with a food and wine journalist.
