A magnificent and unique new two-room flat (D3) - B17 - situated on the 4th and top floor, with a beautiful 30 m² terrace featuring a sunshade awning and a side view of the sea. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, an American-style coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom, which has a window, features a spacious shower cubicle and is equipped with a hairdryer, shower mat and toiletries (toilet paper and soap). There is a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping a total of four people. Heating and cooling system with two split units (living room and bedroom). Free Wi-Fi, Fast-Lan Internet with 3 cable connections, large flat-screen TV with satellite reception featuring Italian national and international channels, mosquito nets, security door and safe. This flat is truly one of a kind: a 30 m² terrace with a sunshade awning and a magnificent side view of the sea. A numbered parking space and a beach spot are provided. Use of the parking space may be restricted in the case of oversized vehicles.

THE PRICES INCLUDE:

- Laundry and ironing room in a common area (only in the Ca' del Pino Village)

 

 

EXTRA COSTS / EXCEPTIONS:

 

- Final cleaning: mandatory for all properties (€ 60,00 for types G/G1 and € 40,00 for the remaining types), except for the kitchenette which remains the guest's responsibility 

- Bicycles (with external provider): € 20,00 per week

- Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 4 years of age do not pay

- Small/medium-sized pets: € 30,00 per week (maximum 1 per apartment). Its presence must be communicated in advance, before the arrival
