Behind the Bibione thermae, about 900m from the beach and a few minutes from the main points of interest in the town, a village of 16 row villas on two levels. Each two-storey cottage has a living room with sofa bed on the ground floor, alongside a kitchenette equipped with gas hobs, a large refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine and TV. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other ideal for children with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside, each house has a large porch with garden table and chairs. The communal garden has children's games and is surrounded by covered terraces. The location of the cottages is ideal for those wishing to explore the area: the beach is 950 metres away, with a dog beach 1500 metres away. For daily necessities, a grocery shop is conveniently located 200 metres away. The private parking area is located along the perimeter of the garden.
