Agenzia Sabina offers for rent an apartment located in a central position in Bibione Spiaggia, on the first floor of a small villa on the seafront in Via Luna. The property has an independent entrance via an external staircase. The living area consists of an open space with an open kitchen, a dining table for six people and a sofa bed, with access to a south-facing terrace. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a washing machine and shower cubicle. The entire villa was renovated in 2021. Included are: private parking space, air conditioning and access to Bibione Spiagge's public Wi-Fi.

The price includes: the cost of electricity, water, gas. A beachplace is included for booking of 7 nights .

The place on the beach is not included for apartments in Bibione Pineda and Lignano Sabbiadoro.

It is possible to request a second supplementary beach service for € 89,00 per week 

Tourist Tax of € 1,15  per person per day of a maximum 10 days will be paid on arrival day.
The linen (sheets and towels) are not included in the apartment.
Pets, if allowed, have a supplement of € 30 per stay.
