The Tiziano residence is a modern four-storey building with lift, located in the center of Bibione's Lido del Sole, a green and very quiet area. This small urban center full of services is located between the thermal establishment and the most naturalistic border between the Adriatic and the lagoon, Bibione Pineda. The wide beach of Lido del Sole is very organized and well equipped, ideal for families with children thanks to the large spaces and the gently sloping beach, but also suitable for those who enjoy their holidays in the name of sport. In fact, there are several surf and sailing schools, cycle paths, tennis courts, five-a-side football and volleyball courts. To mention the presence in the area of an extraordinary SPA which is part of the thermal complex. A place full of charm where you can spend a regenerating stay from all points of view.
We offer for summer stays a large and bright three-room apartment with functional furnishings on the third floor with lift and with an amazing panoramic terrace, facing south towards the sea. Internally, the property is divided into a living area with a bright living room which has a fully equipped kitchenette, a table with seating for six and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area is divided between two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower and a washing machine. The air conditioning in price included and the numbered parking space cannot be missing.
