GROUND FLOOR. Just 150 meters from the sea, near Piazzale Zenith. Villa Ca' Bianca is divided into 6 apartments, the entire perimeter of the property is fenced with a net and gates of about 110 cm height. The apartment does not have an exclusive private fence. Studio apartment on the ground floor with an unfenced terrace. A double bed: only 2 adults allowed, minors (children or babies) are not allowed. Services included: Air conditioning, TV, microwave oven, washing machine, safe, hairdryer, air fans, 1 uncovered car park (only one medium-sized car allowed: it is forbidden to bring vans, minivans, minibuses, pick-ups and similar). Only one small animal is allowed ( weight maximum 10 kg and 40 cm height at the withers). It is absolutely forbidden to light fires and grill. The outdoor area is shared: the apartments do not have an exclusive fenced garden.

  • Sheets and towels not provided , you have to take with you. Or you can buy from us non-woven single-use bed sheets euro 10,00 / person and towels (2 pieces) euro 8,00.
  • Final cleaning : You have to provide by yourself or to pay extra (euro 70,00 / 140,00 ).
  • Upon arrival, a caution-deposit of € 150.00 in cash is required, refundable at check-out (9.00-10.00 am). 
  • In case of cancellation or modification of this reservation or no-show, the deposit paid will be retained. The price does not include any insurance: we advise our customers to take out insurance for unforeseen events with their insurance company.
  • Only one small pet is allowed (maximum 10 kg and height at the withers 40 cm).

  • Each apartment has only one parking space.
