VILLA located in the beautiful and peaceful area of Lido del Sole. The village has 18 independent villas, each with four flats. At the centre of the village are the two swimming pools and the solarium. The VILLA is located in the centre of the village, just 6 minutes' walk from the beach. Its 4 large and bright flats lie in the shade of Bibione's green and fragrant historical pine forest. Its proximity to the sea allows guests to enjoy their entire holiday without the use of a car, which can remain in the private car park for the entire stay. Following the important energy RENOVATION carried out, it has become part of the BIBIONE Green&Smart family of eco-friendly facilities. The flats are on two levels, of real ample size, with a large living room, two bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, and exclusive outdoor space, equipped with table and chairs to allow you to eat outside and enjoy wonderful evenings relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a tall refrigerator with separate cooler, a microwave, dishes, utensils and various pots and pans. In the living room the dining area is equipped with a sideboard, table and chairs, 42" TV and ceiling fan, while in the living area there is a double French sofa bed with slatted frame. The windowed bathroom with has a toilet, bidet, washbasin, integrated shower and washing machine. From the dining area you exit to the large outdoor area for your exclusive use, equipped with table and garden chairs, to allow you to eat outdoors in the shade of the pine forest. The first floor consists of two large rooms with 5 beds (slatted bed frames and orthopaedic mattresses). Both rooms are very bright and equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables. Some flats have a second bathroom with shower cubicle on the upper floor. The air conditioning* split is installed on the first floor landing. Outside there is a private area where bicycles, buggies, mattresses, etc. can be stored. The flat has a covered and numbered parking space and WiFi connection, which can be obtained at an extra charge.

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT on two levels, of real spaciousness, with double private outdoor space (16 sqm approx. with north and south exposure). The flat enjoys wonderful garden views in the shade of the historic and unspoilt pine forest and illuminated swimming pool. The large open space on the ground floor, modernly furnished with attention to detail, consists of an entrance hall equipped with mirror and coat rack, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob and various suitable pots and pans (including coffee maker), dishwasher, washing machine, various utensils and crockery, column fridge with separate cooler and microwave. In the living room the dining area is equipped with a sideboard, table and chairs, satellite TV and ceiling fan. In the relaxation area there is a French double sofa bed with slatted base. The windowed bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bidet and integrated shower. From the dining area you exit to the large exclusive outdoor area, equipped with a table, garden chairs and a sun lounger, to allow you to eat outside and enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation. The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed, both very bright and equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables. On the landing of the first floor there is an air-conditioning split (extra charge). Outside there is a private area where bicycles, pushchairs, mattresses, etc. can be accommodated. The flat offers the following services for a fee: bed linen, towels, numbered covered parking space, WiFi, air conditioning, beach in the first few rows facing the sea, early check-in, out-of-hours check-in and check-out, final cleaning.
