Fast Lan Internet with 3 cable access points, safe, mosquito nets and security door. Each flat has a numbered parking space. Use of the car park may be limited in the case of large cars.

- Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 4 years of age do not pay
- Small/medium-sized pets: € 30,00 per week (maximum 1 per apartment). Its presence must be communicated in advance, before the arrival
