The building has a lift from the lobby on the ground floor to the fourth floor (to reach the BA penthouse you have to go up a flight of stairs), numbered and reserved parking spaces and free Wi-Fi. All apartments have air conditioning,, washing machine, satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels, kitchen with microwave, large fridge with freezer and safe. Arrivals and departures, from mid-May to mid-September, take place directly at the reception, located next to the entrance, according to the opening hours and days of the office.
