The building is equipped with a new and spacious lift (NEWS 2023) that leads from the ground floor (parking) to all floors, as well as an access ramp from the main entrance, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility or families with strollers. Each apartment has a covered and numbered parking place, for normal-sized cars, not for minivans or vans. Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).
Two-room apartment for maximum 4 people consists of living/dining room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, bedroom with three single beds, bathroom with shower and window and large covered and furnished terrace. All apartments have a covered numbered parking place and are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, microwave, fridge with separate freezer, American coffee machine, Tv-sat, free Wi-Fi. Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).
