Friendliness, hospitality and professionalism: three outstanding elements of a small hotel that is privileged to make its guests "feel at home" The hotel is situated only 150 m from the sea, 800 m from the new spa and just few metres from the center yet still in a quiet, relaxing area, the bests of both word, in fact ! Although a small building, with 21 rooms, we have a terrace-bar where breakfast is served, an air-conditioned common room, a children's play area, private parking, services for the disabled, lift and satellite tv. For nature lovers, we have the free loan of bicycles on wich to explore our local scenery. Our staff are available with information for organized excursions to surrounding towns and cities (Venice, Verona with is opera season, Aquileia, Grado, Trieste and the historical lagoons and marshes of Bibione and Caorle).
