The bathroom, which has a window, features a spacious shower cubicle and is equipped with a hairdryer, shower mat and toiletries (toilet paper and soap). There is a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping a total of four people. Heating and cooling system with two split units (living room and bedroom). Free Wi-Fi, Fast-Lan Internet with 3 cable connections, large flat-screen TV with satellite reception featuring Italian national and international channels, mosquito nets, security door and safe. This flat is truly one of a kind: a 30 m² terrace with a sunshade awning and a magnificent side view of the sea. A numbered parking space and a beach spot are provided. Use of the parking space may be restricted in the case of oversized vehicles.
