Two-room apartment in Via dei Gemelli (Therme area), a few meters from the pedestrian area and just 350 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small recently renovated condominium, and has the following characteristics: • Spacious living room with modernly equipped kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests and TV. • Double bedroom with access to the covered terrace • Two bathrooms for maximum comfort: one with a window and an additional room with a shower. Other equipment: • Air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking space • Exclusive VIP Beach Service: The reservation includes access to our new VIP mini-sector on the beach (via Ariete sector), equipped with an umbrella equipped with a safe and two comfortable sun loungers with parasols (service available while supplies last for reservations weekly from Saturday to Saturday). For all reservations lasting less than 7 days, a final cleaning fee will apply.
