The weekly prices are in euro per flat and include the following services. electricity, warm and cold water, gas, air-conditioning.

The obbligatory beach includes: 1 sun-bed, 1 sun-chair and 1 beach umbrella:

From 17.05 to 31.05.2014 and from 13.09 to 27.09.2014: Gratis

From 31.05 to 07.06.2014 and from 06.09 to 13.09.2014: € 41,00

From 07.06 to 14.06.2014 and from 30.08 to 06.09.2014: € 41,00

From 15.06 to 12.07.2014 and from 12.07. to 02.08.2014 from 23.08 to 30.08.2014 from 03.08 to 09.08.2014 and from 10.08 to 23.08.2014: € 55,00

Payment: 30% account for the reservation: per post or per bank. The rest at the arrival.

The final cleaning is obbligatory and it costs extra € 40,00: but the kitchencorner must be left clean.

Caution money for damages € 200 (in cash or traveller-cheques ).
After checking the apartment we will give back this caution. Of course if the damages will be more of the caution, more you have to pay.
