The large one-room apartment on the ground floor, of real ample size, has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, with a view of the garden and an evocative communal gazebo, lit by solar-powered street lamps and also equipped with a wooden table and benches. It consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed and a kitchenette with duo induction hob, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave and 42" TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The windowed bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, WC and shower cubicle. The large, bright French door has an electric shutter. Outside there is a BBQ, washing machine (on request) and a large wash basin with hot and cold water.
